Grenada is an amazing island with an interesting story to tell. The Grenada Carenage – (featured in the header image) reminds me of French fishing village with its colorful buildings resting merely feet above the waterline.

St. Lucia is hands down one of my favourite places in the world to visit. I have been going there for almost 14 years and never cease to be amazed by the landscape, the people and the cuisine. The small colourful villages, perfectly nestled in the hills are a film photographers dream. Here are a few 120mm snaps from my most recent trip.

Old San Juan definitely goes down as one of the most idyllic locations for both vacation and film photography. Typically I love to shoot medium format with 120mm film, but on this trip I had to travel light. I roamed the old town, armed with only one roll of expired Portra 400 in my Nikon FE2. These are some of the selects from that day.

After losing his mother and father before the age of six, as well as two siblings, Nikki struggled in his early years, battling with depression and delinquency.
